Outreach Committee Launches Collection for Homeless Veterans
The Delaware Center for Homeless Veterans is in need of various items for their shelter. The Outreach Committee will be collecting these items beginning on Sunday, May 12th and running through Sunday, May 26th. New and full-sized items from the list below are requested:
Toothpaste & Toothbrushes
Razors & Shaving Cream
Deodorant
Body Wash
Shampoo
Paper Towels, Toilet Paper & Napkins
Coffee, Sugar & Creamer
Twin Sheets, Pillow Cases & Towels
Cleaning Products
Monetary donations are also accepted. Collection boxes are available in the Narthex on Sundays or items may be dropped off at the church during the week by calling 302-475-4688.
This is a great opportunity to help homeless veterans in the community.
