Support for Ministries Near and Far
As modern disciples of Jesus, we take to heart his words “whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40) and “love your neighbor as yourself”(Luke 10:27). These teachings are the inspiration for a tireless support for a wide variety of ministries in the larger church and community. Allocations from the parish budget (12%-14% yearly) plus support from parishioners and friends account for approximately $60,000 in charitable donations each year – if not more!
