Meditation and an Exploration of St. Teresa of Avila’s: The Interior Castle

For the last couple of months, Fr. David, has been meeting with a small group of parishioners for meditation and group spiritual direction. Each of these sessions begins with a brief teaching on meditation practices followed by a ten minute silent “sit.” The group then is invited to share how they experience the movement of God in their daily lives. This will continue into the first six months of 2025 with an additional piece.Beginning on January 12th, the group will begin with a meditation practice and silence, but will add time to reflect upon one of the classics of Christian Spirituality, The Interior Castle by St. Teresa of Avila.
